What this site cannot do

It cannot tell you what will happen in your case. Whether a particular file succeeds depends on your nationality, your current status, your history with the administration and the view of the official who reads it — and none of that can be answered from the outside. Spain Paperwork is not a law firm, is not connected to any Spanish administration, and gives no legal, tax or immigration advice. Questions of that kind will get a short reply pointing you to the office or to a lawyer, which is the honest answer and a faster one than waiting for a better one.

Reporting an error

This is the message most worth sending. If a page here does not match what an office told you, what a form asked for, or what the counter actually did, that is a correction waiting to be made. Include the page address and what differed — and, if you have it, where the office said it. Every claim on this site carries the source it came from and the date someone last checked it against that source, so a correction is a matter of re-reading the source rather than weighing opinions.

Corrections are made against the official source, not against the report, and the page then carries a new verification date so the change is visible to everyone who reads it afterwards. Where the source itself turns out to be what changed, the page says so.

Asking for something to be covered

Several procedures are still missing — nationality reports, the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement cards, the EU Blue Card, the researcher permit. If you needed one of them and found nothing here, saying so moves it up the list. What decides the order is how many people are stuck on it, not how easy it is to write.

Copyright, privacy, and data

The office details published here come from the public directories of the National Police and the Government Delegations, which are institutional contact details rather than personal ones. If you believe something on this site infringes a copyright, or publishes personal data it should not, write to the same address with the page and the specific material, and it will be taken down while it is checked rather than after.
