Immigration offices in Lugo

Two administrations serve Lugo and they do not share a counter: 3 National Police units for documents, 1 Immigration Office for permits to live and work. Going to the wrong one costs the appointment.

Not all of it is in the capital: there are counters in Lugo, Monforte de Lemos and Viveiro, and they do not all do the same things.
